Edward McGrath & Associates (EMA) is an Architectural Design and Town Planning firm based in the Republic of Panama.  It is known regionally for excellence in design and a tradition of dedicated service to its clients. 

Successful architectural design begins with building strong relationships with our clients. It is in cultivating these bonds where trust, synergy and communication all flourish in the best interest of any project. 

We believe that design development must find a balance as it responds to function, its environment, site surroundings, as well as the aesthetics envisioned by Client and Architect.  

We find that each project has its own mission and its own particular calling. Exploring and executing each new challenge is what makes the practice of architecture such a wonderful experience for us.

In Urban and Town Planing, Edward McGrath & Associates suscribe to the Principles of New Urbanism and the Transect system of zoning.  Over the last decade we have collaborated with DPZ, Stefanos Polyzoides and Gehl People, world leading urban planning firms and urbanists, to study, conceptualize, and develop various Urban projects in Panama. 

Our team is comprised of 10 architects encompassing diverse roles within the firm.  Architectural Design is lead by Architect Edward McGrath.

In all, over two decades of work dedicated to realizing successful design projects in Architectural design, Town planning, Landscape, and Interior Architectural Design.
